New Connected Home Setup

This service includes setup of connected home devices such as Apple TV, Google Chrome Cast, Philips Hue/Automated Lighting, Security cameras, and other connected home devices.

(We do not install connected doorbells unless WIi-Fi only)

*This service is for complete setup and review of new connected home devices in your home

Five connected Device configuration and Setup

Troubleshoot and repair software issues for one device such as a laptop, desktop, tablet or phone

$40 for each additional device

Service includes:

• Troubleshoot and resolve any device issue

• Critical software updates; if necessary

• cleanup unnecessary OS files; if necessary

This service does not include network equipment such as modems, routers, switches, or Wi-Fi access points

We will remove programs and shortcuts you do not want, and configure start-up items and services to best suit your needs.

We'll also install critical updates for your operating system.

We'll set your favorite web browser as the default and configure the default home page and search engine.

We'll also remove out-of-date browser plug-ins, and install new ones at your request.

We'll activate security software and register it for your computer. (Security software sold separately.)

We'll perform other tune-up related tasks as necessary.

Diagnostics

Troubleshoot a single device and diagnose software issues. If additional service or hardware upgrade is required, we'll provide an estimate of how much this will cost

Repair

We'll fix operating system issues, including boot errors and blue screens. We will also scan and remove all Malware and Viruses from the computer

Clean Up and Customization

If your device is a computer, we'll remove any programs or desktop shortcuts you deem unnecessary, configure startup services to your specifications, and install applicable critical updates to your software.

Finishing touches

We'll test the device to make sure everything is working properly, review all work done, and answer any remaining question you may have

We will troubleshoot/repair any operating system related issues, remove all viruses and spyware, install or repair one protection software application (cost of software not included if using not using OS security) and perform a computer tune-up on the machine.

We will help you install and configure one software application on one computer. (Software sold separately.)
